Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY
I am thrilled to have you as a client and I look forward to our journey together! As a stylist, I strive to create long-term relationships with my clients so that I can interpret your needs and offer changes when you need them.
Please read over my policies below so you know how and when to cancel if the need arises in the future. I understand that your time is equally as valuable as mine. Also, understand that I will follow the policy below if I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you have any questions, you can contact me at dannis.styles7@gmail.com, or (260) 232-0110.
1. CANCELLATIONS
If anything comes up and you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I require at least 24 hours notice so I have time to fill your space. I do understand that emergencies can happen and will use my discretion on whether or not to waive the fee.
All clients who cancel within 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the service scheduled. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the service amount scheduled. I will respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no-shows.
2. RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please email or text me at dannis.styles7@gmail.com, or (260) 232-0110. If you are outside of the cancellation period of 24 hours, no fees will be charged. The cancellation fee will also be applied if you schedule a color and cut and decide the day of your appointment that you just want a cut, as well as similar instances (obviously with discretion).
3. RUNNING LATE
Arriving at your appointment on time is necessary in order for 100% of your scheduled service to be completed. However, do understand that uncontrollable things happen and will give a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive any later than 15 minutes, then we may need to reschedule or change the service to a shorter one at the same price as the original service scheduled.

If I am with a client, I may not be able to respond right away, so please leave a message and I will respond when I am able to do so.
A NOTE FROM ME,
Please note that if I need to reschedule your appointment or am running late with another client on my own accord, these fees will not be applied. Failure to pay or comply with these policies will result in termination of our working relationship. Lastly, our time together is an opportunity for you to let loose, find yourself again, and push away all the stress, anxiety and outside-world worries.

I hereby warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years old, have thoroughly read and am competent to contract in my own name and agree to the above policies. If I am less than eighteen years old, that my parent or guardian has signed this release form below. I agree to authorize Danni’s Styles to hold my card information for future transactions, cancellations, and/or no-show fees.
